Must be an accidental carry-over from the renewal client's Kafra Shop. The only uses Silvervine has is in Malangdo island, which is part of the 14.2 update. Which will probably take at least a year to get to RE:Start, if it is ever slated to arrive.
Edit: Apparently they've been repurposed.
