Low lvs coming into higher lv rooms and instant ready is a problem. Could there be a min lv for rooms?

This wouldn't be called the final release of PSB if you're withholding important content from us. "Paris" Strikes Back; this patch clearly does not have "Paris".

I think they need to answer about the exp rate, if they are increasing the lvl cap and all this other stuff its sort of no point if the exp rate is messed up for anyone to lvl.

level 70 cap but no Drakos. Van Cliff stops working at level 65+ for experience purposes.
