I'm very disappointed with ROPH because they just started OBT and already selling items not obtainable in-game. 

Is WP going to do something like this too?

Stop being emo and spreading unrest. Available through playing the game means you can earn currency or points in game to use in the Kafra shop.
All of those are cosmetic items. The company running the game has to make money, so it only makes sense that someone spending $$$ will have a better shot at obtaining premium items.
iRO has quests in game to earn Silvervine fruit which can be exchanged for costume boxes and consumables.

Prontera fountain. Its mini boss hunt quests.

I think it's kind of in a version one testing phase at the moment. There's cat NPCs in front of the Prontera fountain that offer a mini boss kill quest atm.

They are going to expand on the system in the future more than likely.

those points can only be obtained by pnoys anyways who are currently living there. not sure how international players are able to get them lel.
