Cap was just raised to 70
Leveling is stupid because the EXP rates are trash right now

WELP still can't patch and no, renaming any patch files doesn't work, if I do that I get a korean error instead of a 'failed to patch'

Game doesnt work for me its says rdy all after patch but when i click on start game when the game is about to open it just shuts down and nothing hapends

The patching froze so I had to close it, then I opened it again and it said it was complete. I tried starting the game, but it just opens to a white screen and stays up a second or two before closing. Something is screwed up :/
