i'm so confuse, I really can't decide which one is better for soloing mvp. if I go 120 dex, going for 120 dex didn't really do anything since I have a cylinder 100% cast time already but I heard that 120 dex = 12% long range. Although if I go for temp str then that didn't really do anything either to boost cart cannon damage except for acid bomb. (maybe?) So which boots do you think is more useful temp dex or str.
+12 temporal str or dex runaway magic is best suit for Cart Cannon

For cart cannon, Temp STR with EA enchant and either Bear's Power or Runaway Magic (I prefer Bear's Power.)
Temp DEX is for acid bomb (with EA).

Temporal Str is marginally better if you're 120str.
having a tengu set helps buff it to being worth it
