Hi everyone

Today I had 400 gem and tried to exchange to 80 diamonds,

I clicked in recharge and a window with a message of "Insufficient balance" appeared.

Then I noticed that the GEM balance had turned to zero! And no diamonds were generated.

It's the second time that it happens. Does anyone knows where I can get some help to solve 

this problem and get my money back?

Judging from the name you are using the steam version. Try login with the web version with the same username. Create a new character if there is none see if the diamonds is there or not.
