WoE can't be revitalized.

 

It's not a matter of mechanics, it's a matter of how much better geared, coordinated, and how much larger the already established WoE guilds are. Add any new rewards and restrictions you like, as long as already established super guilds are running the scene no one, especially a newbie, will want to WoE.

How bout making it in RWC format? afaik, RWC has limited choices of gears allowed.

Well it's an MMORPG. It's all about accumulation first, skill second. I don't know any other MMO that requires more skill than gear/time invested into the game. Otherwise, just go to e-sports games if you're looking for competitiveness.

People are just bad and it stems from not educating yourself or being lazy. I mean there's some people that know they are bad and have fun, which is fine. RO is a game that you can be bad and still have fun in.
Sometimes when I watch videos that others post, they make me cringe because they are trying to really hard and act like they are good. I watched a Faceworm video the other day from an elitist and it took them almost 50 minutes to complete it.

I like helping people learn and have seen people grow substantially because they want to be efficient and take the time to learn and make mistakes on their own.

Common sense isn't very common in the gaming world.

Regarding to community headgear quest, some headgears are still having bugs.. Kindly expedite this to fix these issues, before putting back this event again. We dont want to collect another trashs gears...

i dunno why do the elite constantly buy antique cars and furniture maybe I identify as a dinosaur and want to play the game I felt had high tier teamwork pvp system even if the masses were flooded with tier 1 gear there handicap of not being pure teamwork will be crushed it's the same reason p servers thrive on gvg it's a fps on steroids no game has ever come close to that feeling and I've chatted with a lot of players over the years

It's a jRO custom and I think it's not yet completed. You know they don't want to release something incomplete.
