PvP Game Arena giving EXP to players who participate. Lowbies can begin game arena at level 100, and get started on their runes and slowly build their way up to the more expensive and higher grade honor equips. This way leveling is not limited to just killing monsters. Characters should also be able to gain experience from PvP Game Arena as well.

I've personally wanted to see this for a long time now. The idea of low level pvp used to be a thing back when people leveled in DoD and before the PvP gear punished you in pve for using it.

You could always just add consumable exp in the honor shop.

With the duplication issue, that would definitely need to not happen til after the fix is implemented, and verified extensively.

No, it's a horrible idea and I have mutual feelings this was even thought of to be abused to begin with.

The idea has been around since GA was first announced. Just because the 'current cool thing' to do is to abuse anything and everything you can, doesn't mean everyone who still wants things first conceived of years ago has the intention of abusing them. 

A good example.

Before runes and all this stuff was added, the only thing you had to get from PvP was honor armor. Everyone got those so fast, they were bored during downtimes and wanted a smaller scale pvp system like a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 arena. However, since the integration of Paradigm Runes, if you try proposing it now, you'd be more than likely called a lazy scrub who just wants an easy way to farm Honor Materials and Paradigm Materials etc. 

 

Point is, not everyone wants to abuse things. Given you hyper-attention to all things abused for the last 'x' months, this probably even sounds like an excuse or shifting the goal post, but it's not. Some people, believe it or not, just play the game as intended and would like some new features.... Stop being paranoid.
