Yes, they're in the game. But they're pretty useless since you can't endow as we don't have sage yet.

still that +50% ranged bonus its too high n too good

it's not useless, and in many cases it outdamages the element advantage (except on lv3+ element) simply because it uses renewal damage formulas. Endows doesnt affect your status attack, while the ranged bonus does.

I could care less how "useless it is" right now. It's the best bow out there until elvens afaik and I want time to upgrade. Not to mention I can aspersio the bow and rape castle2 with my hunter.y

You're correct, it's the best bow until much later and stays relevant for the rogue tree for ages.
