I have a problem when I open the Ragnarok restart.exe, it says " the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail". What should I do?

I had the same problem.  I downloaded the Microsoft Gisual C++ 2008 redistributable package x86 and was able to start playing.  Be warned though, right now it seems like the server is down.  Good luck.

The files in the website are error. I can't download anything. Is there any different solution?

It seems that Microsoft have changed their website so that you are now required to tick/check a completely invisible box to download the file. :mellow: I've therefore modified the link in the guide to reference a mirror of the file.
