To start the quest you must visit the Blacksmith guild in Geffen (where you buy the Minifurnaces and all blacksmith stuff to make weapons), then the NPC will send you to talk to Geschupenschte (he is in the Alberta weapon shop) talk to him finish the questions and then depens in what NPC he will send you.

This threw me off as well.
In the quest info after you go to the guild in Geffen it tells you to speak to Geschupenschte in Einbech. As AmongGluttony said, he's actually in Alberta weapon shop.
