My question is if you can reduce fixed casting time enough with Fenrir card and after cast delay enough with Kiel card, would AB still outperform CC in terms of DPS for general use in MVPing?

simply depends wich MVP you are fighting. If they take strong bomb damage yes, if doesnt (or take significant CC dmg) then no
Thanks for the insight Ash.
Do you think this would be limited to only a few MVPs though?
Just want to get a general sense to decide if this AB setup is worthwhile to invest in.

You can always just use both skills at the situation shen they do best. It isnt a completely different build with completely different gears.
Well I am talking about Fenrir and Kiel cards for AB so these are completely different gears!

except the fenrir, you use the same stuff for acid bomb and CC. And since you already have(i presume?), it isnt a gear investment, rather a build choice.
Kiel is nice for both since Acid Bomb has 1s delay and CC has 0.5s delay. Fenrir is only used on bomb since CC has no fixed. Going or not for temp dex is also up to you since Fenrir alone equals to temp dex+ sacra basically.

Is it feasible now to just have a very low dex initially (1-30 dex) and pump str and int first (100-120 int/str)? That doesn't mean i'm not getting 100-120 dex eventually, of course. I just want to know if pumping str and int first is a better progression now.
Not sure if related since it's only a short question

ofc
you can go 1 dex all the way from high merch since cart revo ignores flee
