SO CONFUSED.
Has anyone experience this? Apparently my Warp Portal account is suspended by another gaming publisher that is not Warp Portal.
Can Campitor or any management staff provide better support for this please?
I've opened 2 support tickets so far with the same answer.
1. The account was suspended by another gaming publisher
2. Contact that company to get this issue resolved.
3. Warp Portal cannot disclose the gaming publisher's name.
4. Warp Portal cannot lift the suspension.
How can I contact that other gaming publisher without any information of who they are? How can my Warp Portal account gets banned by a different company? Why can't Warp Portal lift the suspension?
