Hello,
My name is Drew, leader of the social guild Before Anyone Else. We started as a group of friends that's been playing RO together now for a number of years throughout numerous low rate servers. Along the way we've picked up more and more members and have grown to a fairly active core of 20 or so members, while recruiting on the server we are actively playing on for new friends. We've landed here on iRO restart, and although we started a few days later than the initial launch, we're going full steam ahead with daily leveling parties to soon be able to do MVP parties and weekly guild events. We will NOT be participating in WoE or any PvP events, we are simply a casual, fun, social, PvM guild.
What you can expect from us:
1. Daily leveling parties with voice comm. via Discord
2. Active mvp hunting
3. Help with small difficulties you might encounter during your RO experience ( most of our core members have over 10 years of RO experience )
4. A friendly, English-speaking active discord server where you can chill while you're gaming, rather it's via text or voice chat
5. Highly active guild activities between 6pm EST and 12am EST on weekdays, and pretty much all day on weekends.
What we expect from you:
1. English speaking ( it doesn't have to be your first language, but you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English at a social level )
2. Discord is mandatory for all members ( you don't need to speak, but you must join for text chat and be in voice channels during parties/mvp hunts )
3. Be active ( be able to play at least 10-20 hours a week. we all have full time jobs/school/etc. but if you're only going to log in once a month, you will probably be kicked unless you notify us in advance i.e. vacation etc )
4. Be or pretend to be a decent online human being. Simple common sense is all we as for - don't join the guild begging for items/zennies, bugging people to leech you, etc. We will help if/when we can, but over-begging will lead you to a swift expulsion

Right now, priests and knights have highest priority. In game our guild has very limited slot, but feel free to join our discord for general chatting and guild parties.
