Were you trying to use a pin? If so, you're out of luck.  WP recently implemented a weird restriction in that you can only redeem pins straight into an RO2 game account.  If you don't play ro2, that pin is basically unusable.  The pin itself might be fine.  It's a restriction that was put in place in WP's side.  File a support ticket and prepare your patience, pre.
