Scout

Longius incarnation (passive)- added 25% mspd up + current stats

Point blank arrow range reduced to 3m and added 50% stun/

Entangling Arrow changed to reliable and success for debuffs 90%

I agree scouts (and raiders) should have an mspeed passive. Not sure how much though.

Two long ranged stuns would overpower them.

champion have a passive mspd 10% level each..so that mean with decent mspd gear champion is run faster than a hawker

where is the concept of "hawker" is the fastest class in the game?

I agree scouts (and raiders) should have an mspeed passive. Not sure how much though.

How about changing point blank arrow to a 55% stun?

I don't think they need a burn skill either.

Changing point blank to a close range stun sounds fair with the current balance of the system. Would be like bourgs launcher smash. A movement speed passive for them and raiders would be fair, but only 20% max.

i agree, they don't really need a boost nor additional status effects. scouts are fine the way they are

Scout is good now, they don't really need a boost, what I think is champ's mspeed and mage's debuff needs a nerf. ;)

If you actually read it, its not a new skill, its just a buff to a current passive.... -.-

But I guess that would work anyway, for hawkers.

i agree that scouts need a close range stun and maybe more AP/mspeed. Scouts do barely any dmg to ppl and atk slow

we got only 1 stun and 1 psn, nothing else.. while other classes have mutes/burn/sleep

No other class has that combo of status effects anymore. And if you didn't notice while other classes stuns and skill were 'nerfed' scouts remained unchanged. They are pretty balanced as it is.

Scouts suck. They could use a little tweak. I vote they can shoot for atleast 5 seconds before their cloak? stealth? runs out. Not on the first shot like is now. Hell, It's gone before the arrow even lands hehe.

If anything Point Blank arrow could be changed to a 1 second stun. I don't think they need anything else.

maybe they could get theyre Range increases? it would be awesome like 50% more range on skills and normal attacks and maybe another Stun or 2? idk knights are nerfed now so we need another over-the-top stunner

50% more ranged is just going to be overpowered. Besides when does a bow shoot farther then a cannon?

They don't need another stun. The only thing I can see as far as buffing scouts would be to give them a movement speed passive so they can run faster. But if they make champs slower, then there is absolutely nothing they need to do for scouts. I find scout to be fine as they are, just like bourgs.

I do kind of like Jagz idea for allowing them to be able to shoot for a few seconds while in camouflage before the effect wears off.

Exactly. Like i said on the other thread, the only thing that i see scout lacks is just m-spd passive for me they are balanced imo. But maybe i little bit of improvement on the skills? idk how that improvement is going to be but like i said they are pretty balanced now
