Exactly. Like i said on the other thread, the only thing that i see scout lacks is just m-spd passive for me they are balanced imo. But maybe i little bit of improvement on the skills? idk how that improvement is going to be but like i said they are pretty balanced now

o.O i didn't notice any changes, but 4 Weeks AGO they were still balanced.. Can you tell me what they did cause seriously i have now idea what they updated with the scout
