Seriously, take your time. I'd rather a stable and strong system with proper load balancing than lag for the weekend.

People in countries that are far away will always lag and they can't really help you there. People in the US and places closer are lagging terribly atm, this is to combat that.
A lot of the places in Europe should also be able to play relatively smooth, but it's not the case. Hopefully this helps.

There were times when I WoE'd iRO from Thailand. I recorded live with effects and I didn't experience lags at all. I don't know much about the lags but I think player's internet speed helps tons.

The best solution regarding gift box issue is to extend character deletion time to 48 hours. This also helps to make sure the user is not "rage" deleting the character of interest. Disabling gift box and removing gift box both hurt honest players.

Also you've mentioned about tracking gift box exploiters through logs. Have you wiped exploiters' account(s) clean and clear? Any updates would be nice.

Maybe overestimate the down times from now on. They seem to take 3 hours, instead of the 2 that you post. If you dont take the whole 3, everyone will be happy you are early, instead of pissed off that you took an extra hour every time you do an update.

This is a very bad idea. The more time set aside, the more time is used because it leads to a feeling of 'relaxedness' LOL, I know it may not be a real word. If 3 hours are set aside, it will take four. It is a guaranteed fact of human life.

when hardware upgrades are involved there is bound to be delays. on a good note, i think the headgear rewards are diverse and cool.

I did not know that, and the team and the card that drops the gift box in my jiboia ..... card myst case
