So I'd like to know if I buy Oridecon Hammer and Golden Anvil does it work forever? I mean can I forge infinity weapons with them or do i need 1 to each forge i do?

The anvil lasts forever but you will need a new Oridecon hammer each time you are going to forge... I recommend you get Emperium anvil for best chances of success.

The Emperium Anvil is the best, the sad part as i remember is hard to get :/
