Please don't avoid some questions too, i want to know when you are willing to fix gift box. I don't want to wait 6 months or 1 year until you decide to fix that. I know i sound rude but it's not the first time these kind of things happen.

You guys should fix the blacksmith job quest dialogue. I've had to talk maybe 50 people through it that PM'd me asking how to become blacksmith. There has to be hundreds of people wasting an hour trying to get to einboch then asking around why they cant, then having to find out where to actually go when nowhere ingame can you find out

It means they're probably adding more servers to host the zones on. Each little server contains a number of zones hosted on it and if a certain zone or cluster of zones is overloaded, then it can overload the server and cause lag. Adding more servers to host maps means that there's less pressure on individual servers and ostensibly there should be less lag.

 

Think of it like a beehive.
