It looks like the new zone servers are to blame for the KP issue. I moved my character from Prontera to Alberta and was able to buy the boxes.

Would it be possible to add a quantity option when purchasing items with silvervine? Example - buying WoE supply boxes. 

 

Also, put a kafra storage npc in mid pront next to the silvervine npc's so people can stack their items easier, instead of running back and forth through town.

It would seem very rare. With the exact same box on the Renewal server, Campitor said it was "almost" an equal chance for each, but my wife and I bought a handful of boxes, got none. On this server, we bought a few boxes, got none. 

 

EDIT-I bought 15 boxes some time after making this post and got 3 cats. So maybe I was wrong. lol Sorry Camp.

Were fixing the display issue for KP. The points are there itll be a few minutes and they will display properly.

Please don't avoid some questions too, i want to know when you are willing to fix gift box. I don't want to wait 6 months or 1 year until you decide to fix that. I know i sound rude but it's not the first time these kind of things happen.

 

Sorry about that, the staff are very well aware of Gift Boxes lock up. As they are looking into it, please hold onto the boxes for a little while.
