ive checked Hunter guild and prontera but i cant seem to locate him.. where should i get my falcon?

ive checked already, and there's no NPC to hire the falcon.. talked to all NPC inside the Hunter guild but it seems i cant find the Falcon Breeder.

I rent falcon at NPC in Greatest General mob map ( pay_fild10), the NPC is in the map, it's hard to explain, you need to find him, he will teleport you into hunter guild, go to the right side in that room
