I'm kinda of skeptical of resetting a crit RK for this, as thats my main. Resetting STR to almost nothing would lose alot of crit % you get from scarf (Well, actually you'd just lose everything from the scarf [STR/LUK Buff wise], since you can no longer wear sunnies or glasses). I strongly believe 20-30% more crit damage is gonna be worth more than 250atk, even while using enchant blade. Enchant blade would really only allow you to make up for the lost atk from dropping so much STR. THE ONLY doable way I see for this to work would be saved by using it with CD once again. Maybe it would be enough to push it over the edge. Who knows, the final DPS might be close if anyone wants to do the math, but %'s just seem more valuable at these values.
BUT..... I think an RK who mained a DB build but wanted to Hybrid and point+click some on the side would be very well off with one of these by just dropping the scarf and grabbing a headgear with Kiel as per usual. But AGI/CRIT build... I just dont quite see it. Time will tell... I wouldnt mind being wrong...just more options for Physical RK's, which Im always for.

Instant Battle AB? That would make genes OP again. I say enough of OP gears for classes who benefited from previous OCPs. I don't mind having another game breaking item (we're gonna have them eventually anyway) as long as it's only for a specific class and for a specific build.
