You still havent sold it yet? I made a Flattery Robe DEX 1/3 one day(similar to your Flattery Robe DEX 2/2, mine is +13 though). I was hesitating whether to sell it or reset, ended up resetting it in the end. Now I feel that, this may be the right thing to do seeing how long it has taken you to sell yours. Like Kusanagisama said, maybe it will help a bit if you refine it to +11, since some buyers may be turned off by the fact that they have to refine it themselves.

T^T i guess there are a lot of flattery robes out so the value is dropppiong ..

I think the issue is that DEX 4 is considered a medium-tier enchants, so the demand is not as high as you think. ppls tend to look for items either in the low-tier or high-tier, while medium-tier items are likely to be overlooked. The rich/veterans want DEX 5/6 at least, while poor/newbies cant afford 2-3b anyway. If I am a buyer, and I know the item a vendor is trying to sell is not for end-game, and that I will likely to replace it with a high-tier gear at some time in future. Then I'd be reluctant to buy a medium-tier gear, especially if it is charged at a few billion zenies. Similarly if I know a piece of equipment I want to refine to +10 or above, and the Enriched Hammer is active, then a +9 version of this weapon/gear will not worth much more than an unrefined version.
