I sold both the cylinders i pulled from OCP 3 at 1 bil lol, might keep one if I pull another this week since I've already got a good chunk of the gear I wanted with that money

Honestly cylinder was 1b when OCP3 was in for a long time... that was months ago. For someone who plays gene regularly, within that time period you already made more than 1b, maybe 3-4b and cylinder helped a lot for that.

 

It has long since paid its due. Even if cylinder goes down to 100-200m (Which I find absurb), i still won't QQ cause I have used it for months.

 

But ppl that recently bought it can QQ. You guys have my condolences....

 

To everyone here, all the OP OCP items are worth 1b max eventually (IMHO). If you want to pay, then you are paying for a premium to use it early before the price settles down.

 

Bingo. I've had 2 since day one (wifey mains Gene as well) and they have enabled us to tackle so much more together than we could before. It's the key component that made us go from noping out of Beelzebub to having multiple flawless (no death) killings. The feeling of being able to accomplish that is far greater than any potential zeny I could have gained by selling it.

 

That being said, I dumped both of mine within an hour of server up. I made a bet that I could buy them back for cheaper, and I've already had plenty of opportunities to do so, but I'm waiting it out.

How is this fair, I work extremely hard to buy this cylinder hairband for 2B. Now people are buying it at 200m. Think about that for a second. This is very sad it kind of make me want to quit this game to be honest. What about those people that bought cylinder for 2b?!! How are they suppose to ...... How can some people be this selfish. What right and privilege do you have to be buying that for 200m, the thing that we all have work so hard to get?!!!!!  If you want to play gene then you need to work hard for it, not taking this bs shortcut. Gene is suppose to be end game class that people have gone through hardship before been able to play. What the ... did I spend all those time getting for then?!! So it was for nothing right?! Those people who got the cylinder before this happen, have you thought about how they feel?!!F.. No.

Im glad that I didnt bought CHB.    It is now the right time to spend some zenies for that gear.
and Im still waiting for the next ocp boxes, maybe AHB and HWHB shows up

If you just bought it few weeks ago, then 1.4b is your lesson. Warpportal has this habit of re-releasing items as long as they get to make money.

 

The smartest move right now is not to invest money on the sinking server, not here in Chaos and not in new server Odin. Play the game casually.

They already give a hint when they release an OCP which include the Toy Syringe and week before that, Toy was like 1.5-2B which a lot of people cant afford. Now the CHB. Looking forward for Mob and Tengu. Lol

This doesn't seem to be sustainable. Releasing super rare items at 10x rate a couple months later will ensure that the big spenders will never spend again on the server. Two of my friends who spend hundreds every month are now quitting and start selling their stuffs on FB now.
