whats happening every time I log in it took how many minutes before it will move or sometimes disconnected. even when changing character its either you will wait for how many minutes or you will get dc .. please fix thank you

Any particular map you are experiencing the issue at?

Please run a tracert to get a better idea of the connectivity matter.

Sorry not sure if that's related. Is your client up to date?

Did you try with any other portal?

yeah,other portal working just fine.
only in woe arena i encounter this problem (for now).

and yes,my client already updated

well after the maintenance i played like 2-3hours and its good.. and after that im changing my char and it happened even opening my sotrage.. for maps i think every where as long as i will teleport or warp there is a chance that my character will stuck and after few minutes disconnected.. i tried ET i cant even go 5th floor because i always disconnected until the ash disappeared. my internet is working good so i think that the problem is in the game.
