Hi, 

maybe i'm asking on wrong place, but how long it takes them to answer a ticket?

My account verification failed for unkown reason, i wrote a ticket and it is 5 days without reacting...

Anybody had similar problem?

It can take anytime from 1 day to a few weeks. Just write a reply in your ticket, asking them that you are anxiously waiting for an answer, this way they will speed up the response time with you and your ticket. From my past experience, the more you complain the more you get, while being patient and understanding will only make you wait even longer.
