I dislike how they take one of the main benifits of a thief, the double attack, and give it to everyone with a hat. If wearing the snake hat gave theives a 75% or greater chance to hit, that might make me feel a little better, but this hat absolutly takes away from this class. 25% chance for a swordy to double attack is HUGE. Boosting an already powerful class. 25% for merchants is insanly good for a class, especially when they are specing dex/luk for crafting. Why not give theives a hat that casts lv5 blessing, or agi constantly? Auto lv5 bash with no sp cost at a 25% chance? make Thief figure give lv 5 sword mastery for just thieves, in addition to the aspd buff (which the 3% is not much of a boost)
PLUS it has a card slot! Give thief figure a card slot!
Why make a theif when you can make a swordy with more hp/def that also gets a 25% double attack + sword quicken + sword mastery +hp recovery, endure, faster movement speed etc?
I want to not spend 5 spec points for double damage, that sounds amazing. Especially when the hat is pretty much free.
Hopefully that hats power is taken away in a future patch to rebalance things.
Thief figure sucks in comparison.
