I have a lvl 15x sura in one of my alt accounts that has no access to my RWC rings. I don't really want to spend zeny on a new pair and I was wondering which one is better for a TC/FS sura: 2x keraunos or rwc atk6% vit3&str3 (gold scaraba)

 

So I'm basically comparing 14%atk vit 3 str 3 vs 10%atk 10%hp. I think there is a fine line between these two in terms of dmg, but keraunos is much cheaper, it's not account bound and comes with some cool bonuses, although not so useful for my current build. I have a tao and wanted to know if my sura would benefit more from 4% extra atk + stats from rwc or 10% extra hp.

if gou have tao and etc (a huge amount of hp% on other gears), pick the rwc, not for the atk%, for the 6 vit. Otherwise, Keraunos are fine

Keep in mind Keraunos is most useful at one of too. It is mostly useful for PA.
