I've a problem while trying to buy WPE with phone credit(boku). They took my credit but i didn't get my WPE. I already submitted a ticket, but only got an automated response. It's been six days and no news yet. Does it really take this long?

I believe the payment queue is still loaded with ticket payment concerns, though the staff are working on reducing the load as fast as they can.

Hi. I've been using the same payment method since i started buying vip status. Haven't got any problems up until now. Kinda inconvenient cause i wanna renew my vip soon and wanna open boxes too. Lol.

Just an update. Forgot to mention that my ticket got resolved already yesterday. The team gave me my WPE. Thank you.

Hi. How can I ever trust your site? First time to load on my account. Payment verified on your payment partner but no points on my account? Created a ticket which was not even answered after 24 hours!!!
