Hey all,

 

Does anyone have experience with the survey/offer options to earn WPE? I've done 3-4 items and earned upwards of 1213 WPE, with additional pending. SuperRewards (the company that facilitates these offers) have told me that the points have already been released to Warpportal, however 3 days later I have yet to see any points post to my account. I've already submitted a detailed support ticket and left a voicemail.

 

Questions here are: Have you done this before? How long does this process take to post (the subtext under the offer says "within 1 day" for the longest offer)? How/who do I talk to in order to straighten this out?

If you were approved, they should show up instantly most of the time. You will not always earn the points even if you finish.
Most surveys target certain demographics and if you answer wrong or fail to meet whatever they are looking for, you will never earn the points. It's dicey at best.
Probably not worth your time in the end. WP usually has 0 control over awarding the points either, you should really contact the payment walls again.

This was my first action when I contacted Super Rewards, who informed me of the confirmed 1213 points that were in fact awarded from them from the 3-4 offers that were actually completed in entirety (out of nearly 15 attempted). I've got an email from them that states verbatim "We show the WarpPortal Points you're inquiring about have already been awarded and confirmed by WarpPortal as received."

 

If anybody has any ideas of who I should talk to at this point I'd super appreciate it.

Super Rewards is lying. I used to do these things all the time, I know them in and out.

I mean you could send a ticket in to Gravity but I doubt it'll do anything =(
