My proposal would be to change the bonus effect of "reduces the skill re-use delay of High Heal by 1 second" to 3 seconds.

 

The reason is that High Heal has a 1 second cooldown in jRO while it has a 3 second cooldown in iRO.

Perfect Dodge + 5
Reduces the cast delay delay of High Heal by 1 second.
Increases the recovery rate of recovery skills by 3%.
Reduces the SP cost of skills by 5%.

When switching servers from iRO to jRO, there is a difference of time in skill reuse delay(or cooldown) of 3 seconds vs 1 second.

What term should I use then?

I believe cooldown is the same as skill specific reuse or skill specific cast delay.

 

because if it is not so, then i would have not been able to use high heal 1 second faster without CureLv1 enchant.
the same way spirit king rings make diamond dust spammable i believe is using the same variable

Does jRO even have cooldowns? I thought it was all cast delay (though I could easily be wrong on this.)

the words are different in iRO, but it is the same on jRO listed as 再使用待機時間

 

this term can also be found on a similar item called spirit king's ring

The point is that if jRO has no cool down, then it can't be coded to reduce that because they never had it in the first place. 

 

Still, if the intent of the item is to make High Heal spammable, then I suppose you could make some argument for it given the precedence of the Cylinder Hairband being "fixed."

 

Regardless, if the cooldown is removed, you're still stuck with 1 second aftercast delay (though at least then you can cast it once every 1 second).

Of course jro has cooldowns, its only that some of their skills have diferent cast delays and cooldown than ours, for example,arrow storm has a cooldown of 0.5 sec on jro, i dont remember its delay right now but you can shoot 2 arrow storm per second under magic strings

That aftercast delay exists on both servers (1.0s) , neither CureLv1 enchant nor Arch Bishop Ring[1] affect it in any way.

 

On iRO,
High Heal cooldown lasts for 3 seconds,
Cure Lv1 enchant reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds.
*Arch Bishop ring + Heal Amount3 reduces its cooldown by 1 second

On jRO

High Heal cooldown lasts for 1 second

Cure Lv1 enchant reduces its cooldown by 1 second

Arch Bishop Ring + Heal Amount3 reduces its cooldown by 1 second.

 

 

My wish is that the * effect be changed from 1 second to 3 seconds.
