So i was wondering if all the effect works just like the description says. For me as WL, i got the Thanatos Staff for HP/SP purpose, the negative effect works well, but the positive doesnt work. 

 

 

Does it actually regenerate HP/SP every 2 seconds? for me this doesnt work. Is this a bug? is this need to be fixed?

When you deal magical damage, there's a chance that this effect will proc. You'll see some blue lights hovering from your body when it procs.

But i though was a side effect the proc part, the way it says seems a bit different from the way it works
