I have a character made for guild vault purposes. I'm not sure if the character is alone in the guild but haven't logged in for more than 30 days. I just logged in today and saw that the character has no guild anymore.
Is it possible that if the guild master is gone for so long that the vice guild master will take over or something?

The guild master is switched to the player that played the most during the 30 days of the former master's inactivity.

what happens if 2 people are in the guild? will the rights get transferred to theone and back to the other one? and so on?

Yes, plus they seem to have kicked you out of your own guild afterwards.....
edit: I sadly doubt this is violating any of the game rules. Even though I agree this is neither funny at all, nor nice of that other person.

This is so sad. I've been playing but wasn't able to open the one with the guild for guild vault. I guess I can't retrieve the items then?
edit: yes, not nice indeed. I've worked hard for all the items in that vault though. T_T

Only chance you have is to talk to that other guy in the game and to ask him about your items....and hope for the best.

Yup. Maybe I gave the wrong number though. Not sure if it's in the 20s or actually 30 days.
I don't know what you've lost, but I really hope these aren't really rare items/equipements.
You should keep your items on your character next time, or make a guild with only you inside.
I confirmed that I was the only one in the guild and my friend told me that after 2 weeks or so of inactivity of the guild master the guild will be deleted. T_T

Hmm, you could try to write Poppie a pm about this case and include the name of your guild. Maybe he can find out what happened at least.

This is correct. If the guild master is inactive, the game will kick him from the guild and pass the rights onto the next candidate where it will keep doing so till it kicks every last player. When the last player is kicked, the guild disbands itself since there is no one in it. They have this system put in place so that dead guilds can't hold onto a name over an extended period of inactivity.

I'm just gonna go SAO/Kirito-mode and keep my loots to my own bank. Must invest in personal vault expansion, I guess.
