Briefly: I earned 1213 WPE through the SuperRewards offers under "earn WPE" links, however no WPE is posted in my account. Submitted tickets x2, called and left messages at the payment support number without reply yet. Who do I talk to now/what can I do about this?
SuperRewards has already responded to this same question affirming that 1213 points have been awarded to Warp Portal, and WP has acknowledged receipt (from 3-4 completed offers out of many, many attempted). The date of completion was 15 Jul 2017, so 4 days ago now, and the offer descriptions all state that they should be posting within 1 day.
I appreciate any light you guys can shed on this. I accidentally posted this on the Ragnarok: restart forum to which Myzery replied stating that SuperRewards is lying, so I contacted them yet again. Anybody else have any insight here?
