Can't click on anything on the log in screen.

My cursor moves, but it just does not click on anything, I have tried alt+tab, window+tab and reinstallation.

A friend of mine is having the same problem and because of that, he can't play with me anymore.

I am also experiencing this problem right now. I logged in fine, and after an alt tab, everything related to the mouse cursor just stopped moving, i could write anything or even use the hotkeys and shortcuts. After i attempted to relog,  my mouse would move around but not click anything.

I have the same problem, click click click on " agree " , but nothing happens,i already uninstalled the game, and I still can not log in the game, solve this please, I put vip to use and not to stay with a problem that is not mine !!!

I have the same problem here, I click in agreed and nothing happens, it is the second day followed with difficulties to play, please fix it

Can you please take a screenshot of the client with the agree button in select mode? If possible.

You will need to share the screenshot on an image host service like Imgur.

Come on staff and GMs, it is being nearly 12 hours since the first post and no answer? If you count others topics it's been about 2 days, at least, with no answer, so at least 2 days with a lot of players who spent money and their time playing and just can't anymore do to this issue.

My friend tried everything. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled in a different HD. Used Windows + D and alt + tab to go back. We even tried change the resolution and put the game on windows mode. Selected the mouse exclusive button on and off. Nothing worked. Before the maintenance of 07-17-2017 he played just fine. Tried to run the game as administrator. He is using a windows 10 the same as me. Before, he used to complain about this in mid game. His mouse would stop working in game, he would alt + tab and it would come back to normal. But now, he can't even log in anymore.

I don't know why, but when I open XSplit Broadcaster I can click again

The thing is, I use Logitech Gaming Software, and the game works just fine with me. My friend, in the other hand, doesn't, and for him, the mouse doesn't work in game.

My friend can also not move, after warping to Prontera with the Kafra. He need to use Butterflywing to move again no idea what that is.

To be honest this is one strange bug, Windows 10 here as well but not using any Mouse Software just the Inbuilt Windows Defaults.

In Setup.exe Full Screen and Mouse Exclusive are OFF.
 
I suppose Windows Key + TAB-ing back and forth doesn't resolve it at all?
 

Saitoshiba, a random suggestion but can you please advise your friend to unplug and plug the Mouse while logged in-game? See what happens.

He can't even log in, because can't get passed the terms of agreement page. He tried to unplug and plug the mouse again, it worked just for him to click on the "agree" button, but after that it stopped working again. But asked for him to set those 3 files to run as admin. Just to make sure.

Is the mouse plugged through a USB or PS/2 port? If the mouse is gaming type perhaps try to install/update its own drivers.

Also it could be a hardware issue but not really sure.

 

Edit:

I got a suggestion from another fellow to delete the file dinput.dll found in your default game folder.

I am using Windows 10,

with mouse Vengeance M65Corsair and his software.

Unplug and plug dosen't solve.

win+tab and alt+tab dosen't solve.

When I open Xsplit Brodcast software I can click again.

Unstall my mouse driver dosen't solve.

Check Xsplit Broadcast for any mouse/video related settings. The very least I'd try to uninstall the software briefly.

For Renewal and Restart servers, it is safe to delete dinput.dll from your RO folder, so give that a try too.

I'm having the same problem, my mouse is working normally except in the game.

In the morning it was normal, now that I came home he just stopped picking it up. 

 

 

I tried to restart the computer, I reinstalled the game and it does not work.

All of you that are from brasil, if you have an online banking software installed its messing with your game. Delete that and use it on a smart phone
