for the most part yes they are correct. Whenever it results in a .xx number it is rounded down as well.
Also note that the Size penalty that each weapon type has depending on the enemy only applies to the Weapon Attack (the whole of it, str bonus, upggrades etc included), while Equipment Attack (basically any flat atk you gain from something other than the weapon, like cards(zipper) other gears etc) is not affected by size penalties.

As for the Hydra vs SW, the 5 atk from the size damage cards have never worked on amy renewal servers and 1,2*1.15= 1,38 while 2 hydras is 1,4.

2x Zipper 2x Hydra.  It's not by a heck of a lot, but it does add more overall damage.

 

It's even better than 2x Zipper 1x Hydra 1x Skeleworker by a very small margin.

 

3x Zipper 1x Hydra is worse than 1x Zipper 3x Hydra though.

i just made 3x zipper 1x hydra..havent tested it out yet.but ill make another 2x zipper 2x hydra.,i will see how it goes and post it here

On raydrics, im hitting around 2200-2400 with brandish spear,i havent made the 2x hydra 2x zipper coz +10pike now is hard to find in ragial.,hows ur damage with your pike?
