there are some people who sells WPE codes for almost 40-60% lower than the original price. How do they do that?

yeah i saw some sellers selling them at 60% cheaper even with the cheapest payment option found in WP page. They are probably using some sort of payment system where they themselves are a distributor so they have access to distributor discounts but I've yet to know the name of the payment system. Did you see it in fb?

yeah. i also want to get that kind of distributor discount. it seems like a nice business. but 40-60% off is too much so i think there must be something off there

Could be resellers using a credit card fraud. Charge > generate 10k worth of codes > charge again etc

Not a scam, well maybe depends on who your dealing with. I'm not sure where OP is situated at the moement but here in PH, there are some who applied for retailership with Load Central(A payemnt processor or whatever you call them), giving them special discounts so that they can earn when they sell load/wp to consumers while some use the discount for themselves.

the main factor to affect the price of KP & WPE is "what is the incoming event and what is the current event"

Like everyone's information, we only know what is coming 1-3 days before it actually come, 

the "GOOD MORNING 2017-month-day" topic will twist the price of KP/WPE once it is released.

over price  is 2nd factors, but previous one play a bigger part to determine the price.

You don't get much being a loadcentral reseller. They only have 1 percent dc and the wp codes will give you around 10-14 percent compared to a dollar.

This is true. I can testify that it's not a scam as I tried buying some waaaay back. I'm curious as well how they do it.

i mean the main question here is how do WPE sellers get their WPEs and how much does it cost for them because selling it 40% off and they still get their profit does look like a good business since a lot of people here are willing to pay for WPEs

A few months ago, there were probably 2 or 3 sellers. Took a peek a month ago and read that there's a shortage of WPE and now this.

There was a seller in chaos that goes by the codename Jvy and she sells it for like 40 dollars per 10k wpe. I bought 10k once and it was legit. Its been bugging me ever since. I also want to be a reseller lol

I bought WPE from her as well. I asked her before how she obtains discounted WPE but she went on to say that she's just a sub-dealer. Meaning there's another person above her in the supply chain that just "distributes" WPE to different sub-dealers. I haven't tried speaking to the guy above her but if you need that guy's info, I can probably share you his details and maybe you can ask him directly.

That is something fishy. In business, you won't get to sell something cheap unless it's illegal. Judging to that by conversion you gained more than x2 of the real value of wpe to dollars.

Jvy is my friend and her supplies  are from legit loading station with government permit. That loading station supply not only WPE but bulk steam wallet, mol points, garena shell, cellphone load and etc.  So there is nothing wrong with it.

Care to explain? If this is a legit business then how come this topic have been unanswered till now? Also, there wouldn't be a topic about Thor's wpe situation if everyone have known this thing exists. Everyone should rejoice. Not the shampoo.
