I tried to buy wp energy, but I did not succeed. Warpportal sent me an email saying there were problems in my account "Account Verification Issues". 

I already sent an ticket like the email ask me to. But no answer was given.
What can i do to my account pass in this verification?
i'm trying to spend my money in this game but they don't let me.

Alairtk,

Probably an issue with your account registration, please be patient till the staff responds on your ticket, that's the proper and only way to resolve it.

So hold onto the ticket, do not send many tickets of the same as that will slow down the response timer.
