With this setup on Ranger, i can reach 98 pdodge

 

thanks to Arch Bishop Ring, and combo with archbishop enchant for more perfect dodge.

 

Setup:

all characters starts with 1 pdodge

+7 Improved Kitsune mask (4)

Ancient Elven Ears (3)

Fortune Sword (20.5)

Improved Tights (3)

+9 Choco carded valk manteau (28)

2x Arch bishop Ring with yoyo card (20)

Combo with archbishop enchant on costume (5)

Hunter Fly Pet (2)

Petite Noodles (2)

Total luck 111 (11.1) 

 

Opportunities:

- Change the kitsune mask to UFO poring / autumn leaves for extra +1

- Card armor with poring card for extra +1

- Use 16.1 robe with agility enchant for maximum extra +17

- Refine Valk Manteau to +10 for extra +2

- use crystal pumps for extra 0.5 

- use four leaf clover in mouth for extra 0.3

- stack luk from enchants, gears and consumables (shadow gears, malangdo enchants, stat foods, vip buffs)

 

Mages cant use improved tights, they can use 16.1 robe instead.

Acolytes cant use fortune sword and improved tights, they can use valkyrie hammer and 16.1 robe instead (high refined)

Swordsman, Merchant and Thiefs have different effect of valkyrie manteau, they can use 16.1 robe instead. Good Assassin can dual wield fortune sword.

You can also enchant your fortune sword for more luck.

There are also shadow gear for stats.

All characters also starts with +1 pdodge

Unfortunately, pdodge doesnt protect from melee elemental strike skills. Also having a GTB is important to avoid any sort of caster damage.

For now, my real goal is to have 100 pdodge on an RG. Mobbing with piety is OP

Pdodge setup is useful on sara vs fenrir & sky fortress instance.

Opportunities:

- Change ancient elven ear to mischievous fairy for extra +1

 

Mischievous Fairy is +3 Perfect Dodge.

Ancient Elven Ears +10 Luk +10 MDef and +2 Perfect Dodge => total +3 Perfect Dodge and +10 MDef.

=> Ancient Elven Ears is actually better for the 10MDef, as they both give the same ammount of Perfect Dodge.

Perfect Dodge characters are common on other servers for Perfect Dodge pulling btw:

This is without buffs and Hunter Fly pet. Also no +3 all stats bonus from the wearing the freebie shadow set because it does not apply on the server this picture is from.

The boots have some luk enchants.

So the only "new" thing is getting high ammounts of Perfect Dodge without completely reducing your character to PD pulling.

Derp me, didnt notice ancient elven also has 10 luk. Then it is better than mischievous fairy since it offers mdef to reduce magics which pdodge can not protect.

its not new meta, its just for specific application...flee still beats it

pdodge:

pros: consistent dodge even tho being mobbed by 100 monsters

cons: cant evade any skills and magic

situation: good on a map with monsters that are not skill spammers

 

 

flee:

pros: able to evade skills that relies on hit

cons: start losing effectiveness when mobbing over 3

situation: good on less mobby map when you aim not to mob more than 3

 

 

situational pdodge:

- hodremlin. +30 pdodge, procs when being hit

- speed of light: +100 pdodge, procs when attacking

- lucky day: +20 pdodge procs at anything

PD build does not exist it is ideal yet impossible,

Flee is a real meta cos the PD rate modifiers x Luk goes in limbo

everytime.

Lucky Mod has gone overboard by allowing PD to 100% therefore the CRACK in

LUK Mods are considered legal by the Game Mods? CRACK Mod RO.

only gives 10 luck (or 1 perfect dodge) compared to the combo bonus that gives 5 perfect dodge.

ITT it's possible to get 700+ flee (minimum) and it's also possible to eliminate the penalty to flee that will be present against any MVP that's not in ET because you will always be hit by spawns too.
