few minute ago i send some zeny to my second character in same account but i did not receive any zeny can someone tell me how can i open rodex mail and claim my zeny back step by step instructions

check the mailbox? it should have a mail with zeny

If the delivery was successful, open rodex and you should see a list of mails. Click the title of the one you sent/received (should have the name of sender and a money bag next to it) and on the bottom it should list the amount of zeny in the mail. Click the download button above the reply button to get your zeny.
