[edit: btw. A Lighthalzen Assassin Monster is killing everyone there. Why is this stuff even in a Game advertising that it is a Restart with only the starter Maps?
next to seeing mvp drop items in Vending stores that shouldn't be in this Game ]

 

Hi,

i was just walking into Payon Cave 1 and saw this, because none of them relogged
i believe they are all Bots. I am not an expert in programming but could a Mod/GM not easily delete the Accounts?

i know it would be just fighting a Waterfall with new Bots popping off left and right. Still better than no fight i guess

 

 

 

its the third time i see something like this and im playing less than a week on this server.
I was overjoyed to restart but i have the feeling it was not giving much thought.
I want to state that im no friend of bots, but also not a fan of people trying to deadbranch em cuz there still real people between
that get locked out of leveling spots x.x

- Tons of Bots
- Tons of Lag

- Tons of Items that shouldn't be in this Version at this Point

 

i honestly miss the days of Monthly Fee Ragnarok. No Cash Shops, Paid GM's that actually Responded to ur Problems within Minutes
and less botting cuz every account had to pay monthly fees. I know its probably not working for RO anymore....still sad.

i wasnt here for the initial launch but hearing that paying monthly fee for anyone actually sounds good if it could reduce to bots almost entirely

they should have thought this through a bit better at least, its sad to see a re:release die like this since it could have been twice as good as the initial release, personally i am not going to finance this game until alot gets better first. we dont gamble but when we play we want to play hard

thanks but i will die of old age if i try to note them all, im sitting in front of the cave and for over 10+ minutes its an endless stream of characters/bots -going in the cave-dying-respawing-going back-

The lag and the bots are completely unacceptable. This game is over 15 years old and I used to play it on DIAL-UP. There's no reason that this company can't invest in servers to handle a couple thousand players at this point and even more so detect and ban bots.

I signed up for VIP a few days ago and I'm about to get my bank to refund my money on this because I'm definitely not getting the service I'm paying for. The login server is constantly down, I'm wasting so much of my subscription time just trying to stay connected to the server and recovering the exp I'm losing from all of the deaths.

Dead branches are disabled there afaik but I see someone stole my hylozoist card idea lucky it takes me half a day to make trash mobs much less something bio4 lethal lol

Im doing this topic because there is a player lvl 99 that is trolling in payon dungeon lvl 1. He is trowing dead branch to summoners high levels monsters and kill all the low players. He is just trowing them to kill others players and not for kill the monsters so is so frustrating can't lvl up just 1 idiot.

you are better sending them to a map with no monsters do they just get stuck there

I made a Priest for this very purpose, got a few locations Memorized already, none of them are very friendly what would make it more than a little interesting as well would be upon them being warped to lets say niffleheim upon them loading in it saves their location, @ base id of Lord of death. I paid him a visit a few days ago on my hunter. Sadly i didnt have traps. but hey-ho he was very welcoming.

Heh.. well it shouldn't really be a suprise.. half of them haven't a clue how to set them up, same can be said for the private server community.. it used to be full of people with idea's inspiration, and talent. Nowadays it's full of complete idiots for the most part that ask the most mundane of questions without even bothering to read a simple tutorial.

Like most they believe all they have to do is download and install it and that's it all done. lol.. as if life could ever be that simple,

hes doing it to screw the bots, while it sucks that its destroying the fun for the (few) players that level there, you should consider to swap the leveling spot for a while, because I think he's gonna get bored from that after a while. 

 

Personally I think poison spores are better exp anyways for lvl 20-40 ^^
