The Bypass 29% of Def on Demi-Human isn't working!

Tried with two Different Bows with Diff Options 

Also Tried it with Abusive and without...

Ohh nose... please fix this ASAP ;(

as far as i know,

Vicious options only work to Monster, its pvm weapon

 

try to monster first , if it doesnt work

then its bugged, attach the SS as well

 

Demi-Human with moderate to high def , so you can notice it

The Options Effect is properly working on Monsters Only...  :p_sleep:  :p_sleep:  :p_sleep:

I thought i was just too lazy to check on the item description that says *Additional Effects will not work on Players* but opps i think that description is missing....

Yup xD

it does work to monster only,

 

Player is Demi-Human

there is no Human race, KvM does work to Demi-Human ( Player ) and Demi-Human ( Monster )

 

this Vicious does work like Belum , 

Belum works to demi human player but not to demi-human monster, this vicious the opposite one

That was a joke if you don't get it... and we get what you are saying but it still stands that it should be in the description especially that there was never a clear word about it that it only works on PVM until you said it.

do you guys know what it is ?

 

i had a full enchant list taken from kRO forum, maybe we can ask staff to fix the description

this is the current list we have , taken from Ragial by me
as you see, the ones with orange box , they are the current highest value of the enchant can get that i have seen on Ragial
note : this is from ragial. one month ago, for the newest ones you can try check it on ragial.

Let me explain first
- Max enchant of X value, usually is 15% or 20% ( var cast time, healing rate etc )
- Some enchants are based on Weapon type. ( Mace, Staff, Axe, Dagger )
- There are 4 types of Bypass DEF/MDEF,
to Normal enemies ( All races except Boss ),
to enemy Race ( works to Normal and Boss enemy )
to Boss enemy ( only works to MvPs )
to Element
- There are 4 types of Damage/Magic Damage increase
to Element of enemy
to Race
to Boss
to Normal

Okay now Full List
-----------------------------

Stats Enchant : 1-10 ( str/agi/dex/luk/vit/int + 1~10 )
Flat ATK : 1 - 50 ( ATK + 50 )
ATK% : 1 - 15% ( ATK + 15% )
Flat MATK : 1 - 50
MATK% : 1 - 15% ( the highest i have ever seen is 10% )
Critical Rate : 1 - 20 ( Crit + 15 is the highest i have ever seen )
Critical Damage : 1 - 20% ( can confirm it )
Flat ASPD : 1 - 5 ( confirmed )
ASPD% : 1 - 20% ( true )
Ranged ATK% : 1 - 20% ( true )
Cast Delay% : 1 - 20% ( the highest i have ever seen is 14%, one month ago )
VCT decrease : 1 - 20% ( see the image above )
Special Enchant I : Weapon Unbreakable ( Dagger, Two-handed Sword, Sword )
Special Enchant II : Weapon is not affected by Size Penalty ( recover 100%f enchant )
Special Enchant III : Weapon attached by Elements ( All weapons except magic type )
Special Enchant IV : Auto Cast Effect
Healing Rate : 1 - 20%
Sp Cost : 1 - 5%
Bypass Def of Normal enemies : 1 - 30%
Bypass Def of Race : 1 - 30%
Bypass Def of Element : 1 - 30%
Bypass Def of Boss : 1 - 30%
Damage to Normal enemies : 1 - 20%
Damage to Race : 1 - 20%
Damage to Element : 1 - 20%
Damage to Boss : 1 - 20%
Bypass MDef of Normal enemies : 1 - 30%
Bypass MDef of Race : 1 - 30%
Bypass MDef of Element : 1 - 30%
Bypass MDef of Boss : 1 - 30%
Magic Damage to Normal enemies : 1 - 20%
Magic Damage to Race : 1 - 20%
Magic Damage to Element : 1 - 20%
Magic Damage to Boss : 1 - 20%

Note : enchant value scaled by the chance to get, weapon type and enchant type
Ex1 : Long Range atk is rare enchant for Bow type weapon
you may able to get it easily in random type of weapon , difficult in bow.
Ex2 : you may able to get MATK% in Book / Rod / Staff type, but having matk 10%+ enchant is easier to get in Book, than in Rod/Staff

Like that, RNG to get type of weapon x RNG to get enchant x RNG to get enchant value.
sum it up, the chance you get A Perfect enchant with Perfect value in A Perfect weapon type you want is like

card drop rate.

getting 3 mvps in a row is more likely than getting a perfect weapon :)

but hey, dont need to be >perfect < to be BiS in many cases :v

 Never saw vicious mind book with MAtk % enchant, mostly ATK %. Some got flat MATK but, it's pretty rare too

Only magic stats I've seen on book is flat matk, cast time, or INT.

Nah its just my example, but it does work like that

 

some enchants are rare to some weapons

 

so what is this ? anyone know? we can ask staff to fix the description

Wait, doe 'defense bypass' things even work on warg strike? % atk stuff doesn't... 

 

edit: also tested with vicious mind spears and neither demihuman defense bypass nor damage to demi-human worked to boost damage.

Been reviewing their site http://www.playragna...aspx?id=292&p=1 but fail to see any statement or wordings that says "Enchants are not working on Players or on PVP/WoE Area" tsk tsk !!!!!
