Hi, I've seen a lot of people asking for the NPC for the Arrow Crafting quest, and all the guides say his name is Robert and it's in moc_ruins. Well, in Ragnarok Re:Start this NPC is called Kyulnari and is in Morroc Town near Kafra (124/105).

Additionally, for those who are having trouble finding the Pointed Scales, go to Payon, then go South -> South (the common wolf map) -> West and kill Wormtails.
