Format your pc, your probably have a keylogger. So the hacker will hack any new account you make.

Submit a ticket and don't worry about it. Your character information is logged and they will be able to fix it. Also. Unless you give a gold seller your account information that would have no effect on your account security. You'd most likely just end up banned. Also x2. Don't format your pc. If you really think your pc is compromised, download malwarebytes and run it.

First of all I didn't buy anything from goldseller and second I got two accs only one got hacked so it's not keylogger.
And on ticket page there's no option for Ro restart so how should I proceed?

The login server has been having hiccups putting people into the wrong accounts and some bad people have been stealing the items from them.

 

Put it under Chaos and just put in the title RE:START. Also PM the ticket number to Campitor.

This is not the place to accuse others of ill-doing.

Jpv1, account compromises issues must be reported to the GM staff through a support ticket.

 

To get around this go to Sending Ticket support selection page here, choose Ragnarok Online, then Next, then Type of Ticket: Account Recovery, the rest is straightforward. Once the ticket is submitted it will go through a queue system, the ticket must serve it's waiting time which really varies till a response is made.

 

The average waiting time for this week is 3~5 days. Note that a ticket response may happen much sooner than that thus your understanding is highly appreciated.

Exactly, earlier this morning my friend told me that, another characters come out when he log into his account.

He just started, and surprised that his newly created account contains lv47 thief. At first I thought he was joking, but he never jokes.
