I can not create a new account to play, is there a problem with the server ReStart?

Are you attempting to connect from a banned service area? Check the FAQ on the restart website. If not, post the error.

Is this the error you guys got? And if it is. I have no clue, never seen it before. Probably has to do with the changes they are making to their servers though, but that's just pure conjecture.

Most of this Problem is the Firefox.. With Internet Explorer it goes right ^^

Same occurs to me,
t enables me to create an accoount in all games (Dragon saga, Metal assault, Rose, Requiem etc) except Ragnarok Online or Ragnarok Re:Start and I don't know why... Im from Brazil but I don't believe that it influences because I can creat a game account in the others games...

Hi, my name is Jack, i from Brazil.

I want to play Rag with some friends, i have recently created a warp portal account (26/07/2017) and tried to create with that account a Ragnarok RE:START but every time i try to make a account in the game i get the "You are not allowed to view this content." message in the warp portal.

I have tried to create the account using Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, tried to clean my caches and trying again with every browser, tried creating a account using private mode on Firefox and Incognito mode on Google Chrome but i simple cannot create a account.
I really want to play this game but i cannot create a account can someone please help me?

what about the accounts that are already created? are you gonna ban the brazilians?

Well, if you plan to do it in the future it would be nice to inform us, as we could just stop playing instead of leveling the chars up to be banned later...

Can you please confirm that? I do not want to waste time and money on the server. And if they really block, could I get a refund? Because I already spent money on the game and I do not want it to be in vain.

Yeah, it would be nice if you managers just inform your brazilian clients if they'r gonna be banned or not. And please, dont forget about your plan to refound us, other ppl money is not a joke right?

Btw, its really nice to know how you guys think about brazilians clients as a dispensable thing ...I really enjoy it, as a client. Rrsrs.
