Okay bug noted for some reason they were double blocked on dungeons. I will pre patch the fix for the next time the maps restart.

Even Blizzard Entertainment can't fight against DDOS. Their servers were getting DDOSed last summer and went down like this too, and they've spent millions on DDOS protection and security, If a gigantic company like them can't fight against DDOS, what do you think Warpportal can do??

 

You also have no grounds to sue. In the Terms of Service the game is provided "As is" and "As available". You agreed to that. Get over it or quit.

 

Looks like they have been busy banning bot farms. They always do a DDOS after they are banned.

Some guy was following me around payon field yesterday kill stealing everything I was trying to kill. I had quite a few harsh words to share with him and then I came to find out that he couldn't understand a word I said because he was from Brazil.

First of all I deeply apologize if i might say something wrong, but i can understand where this guy coming from.

unfortunately this was also happening to me yesterday, at High Orcs (supposedly a leveling map for high-end real players). Some guy not only he was "kill-stealing" people (yes, I observed him closely and not just me), but also baited me to a bunch of mobs, made me busy, and looted items on the floor while I was busy spamming pots, hitting and fighting for my dear character's life. As you know at high level one death could means another good 10-15 minutes if not more of grinding to retain the % back, not to mentioned if BM keep ticking.

I tried confronted him nicely and asked why he did what he did, and didn't get any response except for saying that he doesn't understand what i was trying to say because he doesn't speak English....in English...with a perfectly composed sentence/grammar. Then he did it again.

And I assume he's coming from a certain country because he is carrying a guild emblem with that country's flag on it. And there have been another similar occurrences in the past coming from people of the same guild, or guild that carries the same flag on their emblem design.

What I'm trying to say is, if you feel like you might be one of the people who've done this to other people, regardless of your background, what language you speak, or for whatever reason you come to this server to play, please re-considerate the implication of your actions and behavior, and the impact to other players, don't do things that would annoy other people, as surely you don't want other people to do the same to you. If anything, you are giving your guild bad reputation, on top of bad impression from others....and like what NicoRawr said, making it difficult to your fellows to enjoy the already difficult environment and whether you like it or not, intentionally or not, there are possibilities that everyone might get generalized / stereotyped because of you.

Again I don't have any ill intention or to offend anyone except maybe for the culprits, I don't care, they deserve it...but other than that I'm just stating my two cents and trying to build an understanding here. Long story short, I believe we are all here to have fun and make friends, not enemies. Nobody wants to go and hate on anyone. Thanks.
