So, Cliff Notes version: I made two mages (I did get VIP)...one of which was first before I got VIP but  I accidentally put points into VIT rather than INT at the start. She is now in the Base 40's I think.   

So with the mention Sage will be coming next month; any idea of how to make a PvM Sage? (Yes, I read they are not that great but eh...might as well make use of the character.)

If youre going for sage just because you put vit first instead of int,dont. It is not a big deal if the char is still at level 40, you will still dish out nice dmg with an arc wand lets say. And youll need vit later on anyway i use 40 vit on a 79 wiz right now

I will be a woe wizz, so my int will be maxed, but dex will remain low and vit will be higher than dex. Not a big deal to have only 40 dex. Remember casts are not reduced so much due to the fix cast.
