Hello.... I logged on today and when I was inside izlude dungeon, the disconnected server message popped up. I tried logging back in over and over again but it wouldn't let me. About 15 minutes later, I was able to log in but I found all my items gone, including my Kafra Points.
Is there any way I can get help about this?

xDopie, you will receive a notification on the email plugged into that ticket.
Some email providers flag Warpportal emails as SPAM/JUNK so every now and then make sure to check Spam and Junk folders on your email.

Mate, today i was trying to get in my account after login server back and i did use my username/password but i logged in someone else account. I'm seriously wonder if somebody else could do it with my account. This is something that should NEVER happen in any game...
