What da heck just happened? The server went down all of a sudden, and for a few minutes, their website was down too?

Had a DC and now I get the rejected from warp portal thing

I just logged into another player character using my own credentials. Can u please fix that, i don't want my own account to be compromised.

Hi - I am constantly having issues with the login servers with the "Failed to Connect to Server" error message.

 

I activated my VIP for 30d.

I work during the day, and only have 2hrs in the night when I come back from work. I feel like my VIP is going to waste with all the down-time and server lags everyday!!!.

 

This is becoming really annoying, what can be done about this?

Same thing happened to me. I logged in to my account to find a blacksmith in Mjolnir map O_O RWX (something). That was very unsettling. Someone could easily hack and drop everything and spend stat points on useless stats.

please fix this. I dont want people logging into my account and stealing all the items ive worked hard for.

this shows how -_-ty their servers are, and to think Ragnarok have been existing for 10+ years. and they still dont have any solution for this kind of problem. 

 

The solution for this is, just upgrade your servers. 

 

Pros in upgrading server:

 

More people will play

Efficiency in the game

less complains from players

More people = more money

 

people wont invest or pay if servers are like this. worst case scenario, people will leave and the game will shut down, and people who spent alot of money will just go to waste.

I was able to get on for a second and when I disconnected I couldn't get back in. There were some reports that some people are getting into other people's accounts. I hope this does not affect our characters, because if some of us were able to log into other people's accounts using our own login somehow, that could happen vice versa.

it would be awesome if there is a off-line version of ragnarok so you can play without the server, even if you can not level up the char neither get any itens, just for training and stuff when the server is down...

Someone got loged in my account before << , nothing is missing at least ,changed password.

Cant login though. Really i love this game, i really like the community ,but you really really need to work on this hardware...

Seems I was somehow lucky. I was able to connect ~30mins ago. Was wondering why pron stayed empty the whole time I set up my shop...

Have anyone tested to see if the problem is not from the steam client? i cant relay play with the team client as it has more lag. Wondering if steam servers is an in between and could be casing all the lag. as there was no laag before the game went live on steam.
